An XXL fairy tale for rapper Jul: he has signed a partnership with OM

For Jul, it’s a childhood dream come true, he who proclaims “Marseille is my city, OM is a passion”. Last June, the rapper performed in the Vélodrome stadium for a three-hour concert which in a way foreshadowed the now sealed partnership. It is also the logical continuation of what he has done at the level of Marseille rap that he has managed to unify with his projects: the album 13’Organized in 2020 (436 million views for the “Organized Band” clip on YouTube) and his battle with Parisian rappers entitled The organized classic, in 2021.

Here is what the collaboration between the Marseille rapper and his label D’or et de platinum (D&P) and Olympique de Marseille is about. From now on, OM players will wear a jersey on which the logo of the rapper’s label is displayed on the sleeve. This concerns both the men’s team and its women’s counterpart.

Without further details for the moment, the creation of exclusive content for OM supporters but also for fans of Jul has also been announced. And experiences qualified as unique too.

Jul had a simply extraordinary year 2022. He sold a million albums last year and has never garnered so many certifications for his records in twelve months. Unheard of in rap in France.

Nine of his albums also appear in the top 200 of the biggest sales of the year.

2023 is off to a flying start for the man who was so decried when he started out.
