Télé-Québec could not have chosen a better time than Wednesday morning, when all of Quebec receives its first snow of the season, to announce the imminent return of its most comforting tradition, Cine-gift! The holiday get-together will be all the more special this year, as Cine-gift celebrates its 40th anniversary.
