EXCLUDED – After his conviction yesterday, Me Di Vizio, guest in “Morandini Live”, questions “a council of the order” in the service of Emmanuel Macron: “It affects me one without moving the other! ” – VIDEO
After his summons before the Council of the Bar Association of Paris at the end of September, Fabrice Di Vizio received a six-month suspended ban on practicing and a five-year ban on coming to court. His colleagues criticized him for comments deemed vulgar, rude and outrageous made on social networks or on television.
This morning, Master Fabrice Di Vizio was, exclusivelythe guest of Jean-Marc Morandini in “Morandini Live” on CNews. “I have always presented myself as a public debater in a general debate. The framework in which I intervened was in the context of the coronavirus. The bar association says that I am not a public debater but a lawyer in all circumstances. The president has the right to say that he ‘fucks the French’. Basically, I say the same thing in the context of a debate, the order says that I am not a public debater (… ) It means that the lawyer can no longer participate in a debate of public interest”.
“Those who judged me all signed a platform against Marine Le Pen, giving her words she never said, to call for a vote for Emmanuel Macron. What concerns me is that I I was an official supporter of Marine Le Pen. We can still wonder. They wanted to silence me because I am a political opponent of Emmanuel Macron”, he continued.
“This sentence is still surprising. Six months suspended, I’m willing. It affects me one without moving the other! I’m going to appeal this decision. Not for me but for the defense of the freedom of expression”, he announced, exclusively, on the set of “Morandini Live”.
“Why are you hitting Emmanuel Macron so much? It’s not him who condemns you, it’s the Council of the Order,” said Jean-Marc Morandini. “No, it’s only him! I made a promise to order: the day Emmanuel Macron will stop bothering the French, that day I will stop being vulgar. Obviously, I have some for a while”, he concluded, saying that this sentence will not calm him down.
