Graulhet. A weekend of book meetings

After the opening on Friday the 16th, the first “Volubi’Livres” moved for this first edition to Place Henri Dunant, near the premises of the Volubilo association (next to the water center). During the entire weekend, it will be possible to get to know the world of Graulhetois books in the presence of the author. Anne Maitrejean, Eliane Biedermann, Freddie Garla, Isabelle Guérin, Marie Guerrini, Pierre Assemat, Renée Lucie Bourges, Pattes à Papier will be present on this occasion. From fiction to poetry, drawing and photography, not forgetting the recycling of paper into notebooks and greeting cards, these authors from Graulhet are preparing great surprises for you to discover, flip through and offer to your loved ones and those far away. This first edition of “Volubi’Livres” was conceived above all as a moment of exchange between the present authors and the audience: “everyone needs words and real meetings, without screens, without phones, around these magical materials: words, lines and paper” we publish on the Volubilo page . The association dedicates itself daily to the defense and promotion of fine arts. It brings together professional and amateur artists eager to create. It wants to be a bridge between contemporary art and the public, between professional practice and popular expression through the many events it organizes throughout the year in Graulhet. This first meeting of friends of the book will take place on Saturday and Sunday from 10 am to 7 pm, with excerpts being read at 11 am and 4 pm, and a musical surprise on Sunday morning for everyone.
