As a chef, Laurent has always wanted to one day have a recipe book under his name and it has now been done. In his videos, nothing is left to chance, from the music to the taste of the food, through the lighting or the view, authenticity prevails. In the same way, he hopes that his recipe book, created with the help of photographer and designer friends, reflects his style and personality.
Because his inspiration is so diverse, he describes his book as “a mixture of everything.” “I can cook a little bit of all kinds of cuisine, influenced by the seasons themselves or the trips I went on recently. In the book, for example, there are things more Quebecois, others Italian, others more Mexican. I will feeling “, he says.
