“I am very proud and impatient”: Michaël Miraglia becomes the new face of RTL INFO week-end

At the start of 2023, RTL Info will have a new face among the presenters. Michaël Miraglia will take over the weekend television news (from Friday 7 p.m. to Sunday).

“Michaël is now joining the RTL Info editorial team to embody the new weekend newspapers. He will bring his vision of information close to Belgians and at the service of their daily concerns. It will accompany the evolution of RTL Info towards new narrative formats. Salima and Simon will continue their work of journalism and reporting within the editorial staff of RTL Info”explained Philippe Roussel, head of news.

Michaël began his journalistic career almost 25 years ago at Télé Mons, dealing with both sport and current affairs as a television news presenter.

In 2004, Michaël joined the RTBF where he held various positions – journalist, columnist and in particular presenter of the magazine “On n’est pas des pigeons.

It was in 2015 that he arrived at RTL to present the talk “De quoi je me mixe” and continue to produce and present the magazine “Reporters”. At the same time, since 2019, he has been a journalist for the magazine “Exclusif” and presents “112, Hélico d’urgence”. Michael will continue to present “Reporters” and “112, Emergency Helicopter”.
