Ozzy Osbourne ceased touring activities. After years of injuries, illnesses and postponements, many fans of the beloved Prince of Darkness saw it coming, but that’s no longer in the realm of speculation now.

Indeed, Osbourne’s European tour with Judas Priestoriginally scheduled for 2019 and postponed three times, has been officially cancelled, marking the end of the legendary musician’s touring career.

Today, Ozzy released the following statement: “That’s probably one of the hardest things I’ve ever had to share with my loyal fans. As you all may know, four years ago this month I had a serious accident, in which I damaged my spine. My one and only goal during this period was to get back on stage. My voice is doing well. However, after three surgeries, stem cell treatments, endless physiotherapy sessions and, most recently, a breakthrough cybernetic (HAL) treatment, my body is still physically weak.”

“I am sincerely touched by how you have patiently held on to your tickets all this time, but in all honesty, I realize that I am not physically able to perform my upcoming tour concerts in Europe and the UK United, because I know I could not bear the necessary travel. Believe me when I say the thought of disappointing my fans really pisses me off, more than you will ever know.”

“I never imagined that my life on the road would end like this. My team is coming up with ideas for places where I can perform without having to travel from city to city and country to country.”

“I want to thank my family…my band…my team…my longtime friends, Judas Priest, and of course, my fans for their unwavering dedication, loyalty and support, and for giving me an unexpected life. .”

“I love you all…”

You can get your ticket refunded at the point of purchase.
