In a recent interview with Metal Wani’s Jessie David, Townsend revealed his favorite solo record right now is the 2021 ambient music album Snuggles, which he places between his Ghost and The Hummer albums on the album. sound plane.

Townsend also touched on his long-awaited musical project, The Moth, which he says is still in development and ever-changing.
He stated in particular: “To do this musical in the way that best suits the scale of the concept, it’s going to take a lot of funds. Right now we’re trying to pitch the idea to venture capitalists to see if they’re willing to fund it, to make it a real stage performance with orchestras and everything.
