The book fair takes place again this Saturday, November 5 in Brioude (Haute-Loire) for its second edition

There will be 25 writers, beginners or experienced, present in the town hall. Like Brivadois Ludovico Marques Dos Santos (see above), several authors will present their works to the public. Young people will take the lead, as Didier Cavarot, advisor for the Local Mission, reveals: “Some of the authors come from our structure or are old enough for it. And many will present their first work for the occasion.

Advice for progress

The fair will also be able to count on more experienced writers (see below). “It will be an opportunity to see how the oldest kindly advise new authors”, hopes Didier Cavarot. The Mission locale, Alis Trait d’union and dASA will also present a comic created by author-illustrator Alexia Bastet (see opposite).

Other activities designed by the media library will brighten the day from 10:15 a.m., such as reading aloud for adults or Chinese shadow theater until 5 p.m.
For young people from the Local Mission, the event will be an opportunity to get involved in the organization. Various areas such as communication, author selection or logistics were their responsibility.
