After confirming, on the occasion of the New Year, that the Foo Fighters would continue their activities as a group following the death of drummer Taylor Hawkinsthe collective announced their first headlining concerts for this year.
The foo fighters will give their first live performances since Hawkins’ passing (not counting their appearances at the drummer’s 2022 memorial concerts [1, 2]) at a few festivals in the United States.
So far, the group has been confirmed at Boston Calling Music Festival on May 26, Sonic Temple Arts & Music Festival on May 28, and Bonnaroo on June 18.
At this time, it’s unclear who will replace Hawkins on drums on future Foos shows.
