The KTO channel obtains a national radio frequency
KTO will launch into radio. The Catholic television channel revealed on Wednesday January 11 that it had obtained a national radio frequency in DAB +. “KTO was selected by deliberation of the Arcom (Audiovisual and digital communication regulatory authority, Editor’s note) as the 26th station on the national digital terrestrial radio frequency”the channel announced in a statement.

KTO’s candidacy was decided in the spring of 2022 during a meeting of the channel’s board of directors. The previous year, a joint request for a national DAB+ frequency had been filed by radio stations RCF, Radio Notre-Dame and the Bayard group (owner of The cross), before being refused by Arcom.
