The Vivre livre fair offers humor in all its forms
It is already the 22nd edition of the living book fair that is looming this weekend in Saint-Ambroix.
As every year in November, young and old meet at the regional fair of ink, paper, letters, printing, bookbinding, publishing and books. Saturday, November 12 and Sunday, November 13, at Le Tremplin, a privileged moment of sharing and exchange around the book trade, will allow the public to come and meet authors, artists and professionals from the bookstore chain.
About fifty exhibitors
The cultural association La Fenêtre, the organizer, chose humor as its theme this year, which will be rejected in all its forms.
The organization of the fair will promote moments of discovery and socializing by favoring relationships between visitors and about fifty exhibitors.
As for the program, it will be rich and varied this year as well, and everyone will be able to take advantage of all the workshops, events and meetings offered, always related to books, with a special focus on young people, offered by the Alès comics bookstore and its animations around children’s books and manga. .
Saturday 12: opening at 10 am; official inauguration at 11.30 am, animated reading Football Arsouilles and Carabistouilles author and Philippe Alloteau; at 2:00 p.m., 3:30 p.m. and 5:00 p.m. micro-presentation by Alain Guyard on fair philosophy; at 14.45 and 16.15, Sébastien Joanniez reads.
Sunday 13: reading by Olivier Costa at 10 am; 2022 short story award ceremony at 11 a.m.; lively reading Football Arsouilles and Carabistouilles by and Philippe Alloteau at 14:00; a reading by Olivier Costa at 3 p.m.; dictated around a humorous text about the role of the reader a dozen short excerpts from books by authors invited to the show at 4 p.m.
