TikTok video criticizing Selena Gomez’s shaking hands prompts her to explain herself

Selena Gomez responded on Tuesday to comments from some of her social media followers about a recent video in which her hands were shaking.

“The Only Murders In The Building star had posted a video of her makeup and skincare routine on TikTok.

“I got most of these products for free,” she captioned it, along with some tips on how to remove makeup.

Some users have noticed that his hands don’t seem to be stable at times.

Another TikTok user made a video about it, which prompted Ms Gomez to respond in the comments.

“Lol I’m shaking from my lupus meds,” Gomez wrote in the comments. “Also read my disclaimer. I’m not a pro,” she added.

The TikTok video that criticized Gomez’s shaking hands has since been deleted.

The singer and actress has been candid about her health struggles, which, in addition to lupus, include a diagnosis of bipolar.

Lupus is a chronic inflammatory disease that causes the body to attack its own healthy cells and tissues.

Gomez revealed she had lupus in 2015. Two years later, she shared that the disease led her to undergo a kidney transplant, donated by her friend, actress Francia Raisa.
