Victor Osimhen talks about his past
Victor Osimhen is enjoying himself. The footballer from Naples, played for Belgium and Lille, lived through complicated times, but is currently in the middle of everything on the Italian side. To his friend Om Akatugba, who is also a journalist, the Nigerian striker confided his beginnings before Naples. “To get where I am, I overcame many obstacles. People say I won’t last, but that’s what they said when I was dropped by two teams in Belgium. They told me: ‘you will never succeed’ and compared me to players from the past. This is normal in football. But I never thought about them” first recognized the 23-year-old.
Currently, Victor Osimhan is in the best form of his very young career and is progressing with the Partenopei. “I’m in great shape, I have new goals. I play for one of the biggest clubs in Europe and in one of the best leagues in Europe. I was named “Young Player of the Year” and achieved many personal goals. It wasn’t easy. However, I came back better than before launched the former Lille resident before concluding his momentum: for that, thank God. I won against those who did not believe in me.”
