“We are suffocating”: Harry Styles interrupts his concert in Colombia after the fainting of 8 fans | People
Big scare at the Harry Styles concert. The singer halted his show in Colombia after noticing several distressed fans in the crowd. According to the Daily Mail, 8 people lost consciousness.
The former One Direction star is currently touring the world with his album “As It Was”. While performing in Bogotá, the artist was forced to interrupt the show and call on spectators to be careful. In a clip shared on Twitter by a fan in the room, Harry can be heard saying: “I’m very excited to be here, I know tonight is going to be an amazing show. But the most important thing is that everyone here is safe. There are a lot of people here, it is hot”.
He then asked the audience to step back and give the fans at the front breathing space. “To all the people in front: very slowly, starting from the back, we’re going to take a few steps back – very slowly.”
In another clip, the singer can be seen asking people up front if they’re feeling okay, and warning that if things get out of hand he won’t be able to finish the show.
The singer interrupted his show after hearing fans in the front rows complaining that they couldn’t breathe. According to the Daily Mail, eight people fainted during the concert.
