Why Antivax Lawyer Fabrice Di Vizio Was Sentenced to a 6-Month Suspended Practice Ban

The lawyer who is very fond of TV shows and social networks risked being struck off the Paris bar.

He became known to the general public after his interventions in particular in TPMP at Cyril Hanouna on C8 for his controversial remarks on the health pass and vaccination.

Me Fabrice Di Vizio thus became the antivax lawyer, he defends the C19 collective which filed a complaint against the Ministers of Health for their management of the pandemic, but he also supported Didier Raoult.

All this while playing provocation on TV sets as on Twitter.

What the Council of the Bar Association accuses him of

The lawyer was sued for having breached the “essential principles of the legal profession” and for having spoken “rude, vulgar and offensive” on TV and on Twitter, as specified Marianne.

The Council of the Order reproached him in particular for having published on the social network that he wanted to put an end to the contract of one of his collaborators because she had been vaccinated, qualifying her as “collaborator who deserves dismissal”.

3/3 more containment! So one dose is enough now! Moral of the story: the collab deserves dismissal! When you are not able to assume your convictions and you accept the constraint, you have nothing to do with me! I don’t care if she’s vaccinated but at some point 3/4

But also to have incited people to oppose the health pass and vaccination “without raising public awareness of the hazards and judicial time” during these high-profile outings on TV sets and on his Twitter account.

He defended himself by arguing his “reinforced freedom of expression” in a “debate of public interest”.

A sanction below the requisitions…

In its decision, the Bar Council notably found the lawyer guilty of “breaches of the essential principles of the profession of dignity, conscience, probity, humanity, honor, brotherhood, delicacy, moderation, courtesy”, but also to the rules that govern the public speaking of lawyers, as reported The Parisian.

The Council of the Bar Association had requested six months of prohibition to practice, including three months firmeventually sentenced him to a six-month suspended probation.

The lawyer split a tweet

And the lawyer did not wait too long to split a well-felt tweet in order to express himself on this conviction and thus mocking the decision taken by his peers.

He declares: “The Jacques Mesrine of the legal profession has received his conviction”. “Justice is no longer what it was: wallowing in laxity, it does not condemn me even one day of a firm ban on exercise.”

Justice is no longer what it was: wallowing in laxity, it does not condemn me even one day of a firm ban on exercise! Disavowal upon disavowal! I am prohibited from presenting myself to the order for 5 years \ ud83d \ ude02 \ ud83d \ ude02 pic.twitter.com/mmUbIuoW3p

And since then he has been surfing on the subject. He subsequently published his decision on his disciplinary proceedings. Apparently he won’t appeal, but he uses the second degree by announcing that he has decided to run in the next presidential election “so he can fuck whoever I want.”
